The Blake School seeks to hire a talented, caring educator to lead a fourth grade classroom, beginning in the 2023-24 school year. The ideal candidate will have:
- a passion for working with elementary students,
- experience implementing best practices in progressive, constructivist elementary education,
- a lively intellect,
- a commitment to creating a classroom and school culture that supports continuous growth and development, and
- an understanding of and commitment to modeling and teaching intercultural competence.
We seek an educator who is reflective, open to feedback and eager for professional collaboration.
