Glenelg Country School in Ellicott City, MD seeks a Middle School Administrative Assistant and Receptionist to begin July 2023. The Middle School Administrative Assistant and Receptionist provides support to the Middle School Head and Middle School Dean of Students as well as faculty, parents, and students. The ideal candidate is a positive, proactive, and well-organized individual with a friendly and outgoing demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering phones and monitoring building access

• Management of student records

• Management of front office and supplies

• Scheduling and appointment management

• Coordination of special events and meetings

Enthusiasm for the Middle School age group is a must. Professional experience in a school setting and experience with Blackbaud K-12 School Management Software and Microsoft Office 365 are preferred.
