Phillips Brooks School (PBS) seeks a full time, 12-month Assistant/Associate Director of Enrollment Management. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management and Strategy, the Assistant/Associate Director of Enrollment Management will play a significant role in shaping the vision and operation of the admission office, help to run events (including evenings and weekends), support the admission office's strategic outreach, and be involved in the life of the school.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serving as a main point of contact for prospective families and responding to inquiries via email and telephone
- Represent the school accurately and compellingly to prospective students and parents and other constituencies who may directly or indirectly play a role in recruitment/admissions activities.
- Read and evaluate applicant admission materials
- Serve on admission committee
- Develop and foster relationships with school administrators and teachers to further communicate future enrollment efforts.
- Assist the Director of Enrollment Management with institutional research needs including the collection and analysis of relevant data
- Assist in organizing the Admissions Tour Guides and assisting in daily involvement with admissions visits and their tours of campus
- Proficiency in use of databases and maintaining of admission database (Ravenna) and processing application materials through the system
- Work in concert with the Director of Enrollment Management on a variety of scheduled admissions events including but not limited to: information sessions, preview days, tours, student visits and other admission events
- Other duties assigned by Director of Enrollment Management and Strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or commensurate work experience
- Cultivate an equitable and diverse school community
- Engage and support students of varied identities, lifestyles, and beliefs
- Admissions experience at another private school or college/university, including experience in creating and leading student-oriented programs
- Strong communication skills and ability to present information to audiences of various sizes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel; comfort with Google Suite programs. Experience with online enrollment systems/CRM a plus.
- Friendly and hospitable communication skills; notable ability to work well with others as a teammate and willingness to take ownership of projects with little direction
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- A commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice

Salary Range
Full-time position ranges from $97,000 to $110,000 depending on background, experience, and tenure specifically at Phillips Brooks School
