Morgan Park Academy is seeking coaches for the 2023-24 school year. Positions are available in volleyball, baseball, soccer and track for both Upper School and Middle School. These are stipend positions.
Fall Session: Soccer, Volleyball
Winter Season: Basketball
Spring Season: Baseball/Soccer/Track
Founded in 1873, Morgan Park Academy is a co-educational, college preparatory, independent day school in Chicago dedicated to preparing students to pursue the highest levels of educational excellence with an emphasis on independent thinking and global leadership.
Practices are generally Monday thru Friday from 3:30-5:30. Middle school practices are daily but schedule varies. Games will be played weekdays and there might be a couple of Saturday games. Requirements include previous playing and coaching experience as well as a proven ability to work with young athletes. The expectations include but not limited to the following:

development of and preseason conditioning, open gym, etc

plans for building a positive culture for the athletic program
This is a stipend position
Qualifications:
ISBE teaching certificate or ASEP certification
IHSA concussion and PED test completed
CPR/AED Certified
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to be onsite at all athletic practices and games & ability to drive small school vans to away games
