Hill Top Preparatory School is seeking a full-time Math teacher for the 2023-2024 academic year and beyond. Strong candidates will have a subject-area degree and experience teaching high school algebra, geometry, and upper level math courses. Familiarity with our mission and a willingness to participate in the school community are important characteristics for our faculty. A sense of humor and a desire to lead exciting, student-centered lessons are also beneficial.

Hill Top educators typically teach four to five sections, serve as a mentor/advisor for a small group of students, and lead a club or other extracurricular activity. Additional opportunities may arise as the year progresses. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with secondary school education in and out of the classroom
• Organized, creative, and team-based mindset
• Ability to work with Google Classroom and other education-focused technology
• PA Clearances for school setting

Anticipated start date: new faculty orientation begins August 24th
