Along with at least 3-5 years of classroom teaching experience and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field, qualified applicants must have excellent classroom management, differentiated instruction, and strong communication skills. Must be able to collaborate well with peers, and be proficient with instructional technology. Flexibility and ability to work within a demanding environment where developing positive community relations are critical. Experience in an independent day school, advanced degree, and Educator certification a plus.
