Kent Place School seeks an Admission Associate to join the Admissions team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively on a five-person team to administer all admission-related operations. The candidate will provide support to the Admission Office by managing the database, being the first point of contact on admission phone call and email outreach, and coordinating the daily visit experience for prospective families. A successful candidate will be both people-centered and detail-oriented, managing both clerical responsibilities and people engagement. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, excitement and enthusiasm to work at a school for girls, and a collaborative customer service approach to partnering with internal and external constituencies. Data management experience and a commitment to data integrity- including knowledge of Blackbaud- are strongly desired. Strong writing and oral communication skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to diversity and inclusivity, and possession of the skills necessary to lead in a diverse community are a must.
