Classification:             Non-Exempt (20 hr/wk,52 wks) Reports to:                  Human Resources Director Position Purpose: The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for efficiently and accurately managing the payroll process for the organization. This role involves processing employee compensation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining payroll records. The Payroll Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Essential Job Functions: Payroll Processing Collect and compile employee timesheets and attendance records. Calculate and process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
