Job Title:                   Teaching Fellow (All Disciplines) Reports to:              Department Chair Job Description: The teaching fellow program at St. Andrew’s offers those just beginning, or very early in, their teaching careers the opportunity to enter the classroom with close mentorship and guidance from experienced teachers in their discipline and the dean of faculty development, opportunities to study and discuss teaching pedagogy and develop reflective practice with peer fellows and teacher-leaders, and training in core competencies for boarding school faculty outside of the classroom: coaching, advising, dorm parenting, and cultivating a culture of inclusion and belonging.
