Assistant IT Systems Administrator
The Archer School for Girls is currently seeking an Assistant IT Systems Administrator. Under the supervision of the Director of Information Technology, the Assistant IT Systems Administrator (“AITSA”) will exemplify to all the School’s constituents a leadership in technology. The AITSA is responsible for assistance in the troubleshooting of a variety of issues for the School’s constituencies who utilize Archer’s network and server infrastructure, being a resource for all. This individual is responsible for resolving complex and everyday service requests relating to Macintosh and PC systems, network connectivity, hardware and software problems and malfunctions; providing technical guidance, assistance, and follow-up on all IT inquiries; and managing the implementation of all help desk,
