Job Title: Upper School Long-Term History Substitute

Dates: January 22, 2024 – May 7, 2024

General Summary: Severn School is searching for a long-term AP World History substitute teacher for 1/22/2024 through 5/7/2024.

Essential Functions: Instruction at Severn starts with relationships and emphasizes the importance of understanding, connections, and teamwork in order to create a learning environment that promotes both achievement and inclusivity. Qualifications: The long-term substitute will teach four sections of AP World History, which at Severn is a sophomore class. Emphasis will be placed on preparation for the AP exam.
