Ministering to staff, employees and students compassionately and sincerely so they may continue to grow in their faith;

Accepting the work at Mount Paran Christian School as a personal calling and identify themselves as ministers of the gospel of Jesus Christ;Directing the operation of the Administrative Services Council;

Supervising the Director of Business and Finance, the Director of School Operations, the Director of Human Resources, the Director of Information Technology, and the Director of Auxiliary and Volunteer Programs;

Assisting the Head of School regarding any functions of Administrative Services falling under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer;

Interacting with other departments to ensure the most effective operation of business practices in relation to those departments;

Approving and signing payments to vendors;

Moving and maintaining appropriate cash levels in all bank accounts;

Hiring, leading, managing, and evaluating direct reports, enforcing performance standards and providing appropriate professional development as needed;

Overseeing all risk management practices and policies of the school;

Producing and managing the school’s master budget and forecasts used to operate the school, manage tuition pricing, and establish compensation annually;

Overseeing departmental budget performance;

Developing and overseeing school investment policies and performance;

Developing and overseeing school financing strategies and performance;

Developing and overseeing staffing models;

Managing the school lunch program;
-
Reviewing, negotiating, and signing school contracts for school business relationships;

Managing the school’s bank relationships;
-
Ensuring legal compliance in assigned areas of responsibility;

Optimizing school financial performance, recommending, approving, and implementing strategies for income diversification and cost controls;

Acting as an escalation point and resource for school infrastructure operation and support functions;

Developing, deciding and adapting peer school relationship in the best interest of Mount Paran Christian School;

Attending and participating in the Executive Leadership Team Meetings;

Attending and participating in the Board Finance Committee Meetings;
-
Attending and participating in the Board of Trustees Meetings as needed;

Attending and participating in faculty meetings and other assigned meetings and activities according to school policy;

Showing support and high esteem for MPCS;

Complying with conditions as stated in employee contract and handbook;
