The Arts Department seeks a full-time Woodworking and Boatbuilding Teacher for the 2024-25 academic year. The successful candidate will be able to design course syllabi and class plans, instruct classes, support individual learners, provide feedback to students, collaborate with colleagues and learning specialists, post effort grades, communicate with families, advisors, and learning specialists, meet deadlines, develop and pursue a personal plan for professional development and write recommendations for students.
In addition to fulfilling typical classroom duties, exemplary candidates will also be capable of contributing meaningfully to our afternoon programs and participating in residential life, including evening and weekend obligations.
