Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and create graphics for digital and print materials for all Advancement (and Alumnae) Department events and initiatives (including direct mail appeals, on-line giving, event invitations, communications, etc.)
• Design and produce The Annual Report.
• Support major initiatives of the parent volunteer groups by providing web-design, creating digital materials, and developing communications for events and projects.
  Maintain Advancement (and Alumnae) Department’s web page.
• Communicate with Advancement Cabinet; attend meetings and record minutes.
• Maintain the Advancement (and Alumnae) Department’s calendar of events, meetings, and activities.
• Create social media posts for Advancement (and Alumnae) Department.
• Assist and provide support on various activities and events of the Advancement (and Alumnae) Department.
• Additional tasks assigned by Director of Institutional Advancement.

Qualifications:

• College degree.
• Strong technology and graphic design skills: Microsoft Of?ice suite, Canva, InDesign, fund-raising software, etc.
• Organized and keen attention to detail.
• Experience in graphic design, development, not-for-pro?its, and public relations.
• Strong written, interpersonal, and creative skills.

Work Environment:

• Work on-site
• Occasional “work from home” days (summer)
• Work during school vacations may be required.
• Work evening and weekend hours for some Department and School events.
• Flexibility and availability required.
