Human Resources & Payroll Manager
Tilton School is seeking a Human Resource and Payroll Manager. The primary responsibilities will be overseeing the administration of hiring, termination, employee records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits administration and employee relations. The responsibilities will also include the development and administration of employee policies, as well as to oversee and supervise the organization's payroll functions, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliancewith government regulations. Duties and Responsibilities:Program:- Ensures School’s compliance with all federal and state laws concerning human resource management, benefits, payroll, wage & hour, and personnel (including but not limited to ACA, EPSLA, CARES Act/FFCRA, FLSA, FMLA).
