Reports To: Director of Finance and Head of School Summary The Manager of Human Resources is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the school's human resources (HR) programs and policies. This includes all aspects of the HR function, such as recruitment, hiring, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The Manager of HR is also responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
