Key Responsibilities Include: Directs day-to-day operations of the CA Education Department and programs Oversees the learning needs of students in all content areas. Supervises all teaching staff and evaluates performance. Conducts formal and informal observations of teaching staff in order to assess the quality of education and assistance offered to students. Plans and implements staff development and in-service training programs to enhance knowledge and skills based on identified areas of needed improvement. Implements program-level departmental policies and procedures to support educational programs and curricula. Represents educational programs at meetings and conferences to serve as subject matter liaison for an arr
