We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Director of Athletics who will be responsible for the successful leadership, supervision, development, and implementation of the Athletics program at Pilgrim School.  The Director of Athletics will work closely with the Director of Secondary School to ensure the smooth day to day operations and the long-term strategic success of the Athletics program.  This is an excellent opportunity for a strong candidate to build on an already strong program in a small school environment.  The ideal candidate is a relational leader who demonstrates a strong work ethic and sense of teamwork and collaboration.
