Early Childhood Lead Teacher- Kindergarten POSITION SUMMARY The Lower School consists of grades from Kindergarten through fourth grade. Each Lead Teacher provides an engaging and developmentally appropriate educational experience in his/her assigned class of approximately 18-20 students. The Lead Teacher is responsible for teaching all content areas, using an interdisciplinary approach to instruct students in the School's curriculum, in accordance with the Mission and Vision of Heathwood Hall.
