Reporting to the Upper School Director the STEM Co-Teacher coordinates and collaborates with volunteer and adjunct instructors (industry professionals) to deliver high-quality instruction and support to students. This role involves managing the class gradebooks, and at times co-planning, co-teaching, and co-assessing student progress to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment. The Co-Teacher works closely with the volunteer and adjunct instructors to meet the diverse needs of all students and to foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture.
