The Database Specialist/Annual Fund Coordinator is an in-person role responsible for managing the Development database to ensure “A” Grade data health, integrity, and security. As a member of the Development Team, this position will engage with alumnae to increase their involvement and contributions to the school. Additionally, the Database Specialist/Annual Fund Coordinator will help strategize focused appeals to boost funding for the Woodlands Fund and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

As part of the Development Team, the Database Specialist/Annual Fund Coordinator will:

· Monitor and maintain the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data, including Blackbaud Core and Raiser’s Edge.

· Enter donor gifts and pledges in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge (prior experience required); coordinate, organize, and record donor acknowledgements promptly.

· Oversee the development of the Annual Report.

· Prepare alumnae, parent, and development lists and reports as requested by the Chief Development Officer.

· Create events within Raiser’s Edge and set up event response mechanisms via the Website, Signup Genius, and Google Docs. Track and record responses.

· Facilitate the solicitation of alumnae and other constituents through database upkeep and annual fund solicitation efforts.

· Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer in developing creative strategies for Fall, end-of-year, and other appeals, including Giving Tuesday and Wildcat Giving Day.

· Support the Associate Director activities to increase alumnae engagement.

· Participate in all fundraising and cultivation events as needed.

· Reconcile with the Finance Department monthly.

· Analyze data to recognize donor trends and maximize Raiser’s Edge potential in communications.

· Coordinate postal mailings.

· Perform other duties as assigned.
