SUMMARY

Oakwood School seeks a qualified and passionate expert to join the junior kindergarten faculty in the Lower School division. This full-time position would start immediately for the current school year. Hours are M-F 10:00am - 6:00pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, supervise, and implement the curriculum
• Supervise lunch, nap, and indoor and outdoor activities
• Demonstrate patience, respect and a commitment to families and children
• Participate in all school events
• Help maintain classroom and school
• Ability to be flexible, reliable and punctual
• Support and follow school policies and procedures
• Be a positive and contributing member of the Oakwood community
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion to work with children ages 3 years and up and their families

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 24 ECE units
• Candidates must meet State Licensing requirements as an ECE teacher.

COMPENSATION

This position has an expected pay range of $22.00 - $27.00 per hour.
