VCS seeks to hire a 100% Full-Time After School Coordinator. The start date for this role is immediate.Salary Range- $70,000-$80,000. Hours Monday 12-6, Tuesday 8-6, Wednesday 1-6, Thursday 9-6 and Friday 8-6.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain an inclusive learning environment that is conducive to the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of students. Affirm the identities of all members of our community.
Recruit, hire, and train all staff in the After School Class Program K-5, both internal staff and external vendors.
Ensure the After School staff has the tools and equipment they need to do their jobs.
Oversee and monitor After School Program, Playgroup (drop- in afterschool program), Lower School Study Center, Upper School Drop-In Library and 6th-8th grade clubs and drama production to ensure the safety of all students involved.
Keep track of the After School program budget.
Build relationships with outside vendors, community groups and parents to spread the word about the After School and Playgroup program and build support for it.
Develop, coordinate, staff and oversee June VCS Summer Camp.
Monitor students during 8 periods of onsite remote Latin (no knowledge of Latin needed).
Meet regularly with members of the Educational Leadership Team to receive feedback and mentorship.
Report directly to the Lower School Division Director.
