The Sage School, a private, independent school dedicated to serving academically gifted students from Pre-K through Grade 8, is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Auxiliary Revenue Coordinator. The ideal candidate will focus on building relationships, and community, and expanding Sage’s reach, while also providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinator of Auxiliary Programs:
Oversee auxiliary offerings, including after-school clubs, facility rentals, and Summer Sage.
Develop and manage sustainable, revenue-generating programs during the school year and summer.
Hire and supervise personnel for income-producing programs.
Ensure financial consistency and integrity for each program.
Assess the financial and strategic impact of programs on Sage's mission and market position.
Enhance after-school and summer programs, including academic and camp offerings.
Identify and coordinate rental opportunities for school facilities.
Develop and market specialized programs such as teacher training courses and prep classes.
Explore opportunities to leverage Sage's intellectual capital.
Collaborate with the Director of Communications to create promotional materials.
Provide excellent customer service to parents, teachers, and children.
Administrative Support:
Coordinate and organize student lunch orders and food for faculty, staff, and Board events.
Communicate with the Board of Trustees and organize Board meeting materials.
Attend all Board meetings and take/maintain notes.
Greet visitors and answer phones at the start of the school day.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in schools preferred.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases; comfort with a mixed Windows/Macintosh environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
An entrepreneurial background, familiarity with marketing, and enthusiasm for creating and guiding startup ventures are ideal.
