Houston Christian is accepting applications for Athletic Administrative Assistant.This position supports all members, coaches and teams of the Athletic Department and manages the logistics of the department and reports to the Athletic Director. This position may be combined with a coaching position, which may be compensated with an additional stipend. This is a full-time, twelve month, non-exempt position and is open to be filled immediately.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of three years related experience.
Post secondary education or degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of website management.
Strong customer service skills.
Blackbaud experience is beneficial.
Proficient in basic technology applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel). Google Apps knowledge is necessary(i.e. Google Drive, Google Docs, Gmail).

Exhibit excellent verbal, visual, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines with consistent interruption.
Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitor own work to ensure quality with minimum supervision.
High level of integrity, diplomacy, initiative and ethical conduct.
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, and display sound judgment.
Flexibility, sense of humor, and willingness to assist with administrative tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

A strong knowledge and understanding of competitive sports is beneficial and the successful candidate will be a self-starter, flexible and personable. Occasional after school, evening or weekend hours will be necessary.
