Advancement Operations Manager
Reports to: Chief Advancement Officer Primary Responsibilities: Assistant to the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) Supports the Advancement office with ordering supplies and other office need Manages onboarding schedule for new employees to the department Creates a structure for Advancement team meetings, i.e., meeting agendas Schedules Advancement team retreats, schedule and locate meeting spaces for both internal and external activities Oversees and manages all Advancement office operating budgets Process all invoices for payment & reconciliations monthly for business office Approval manager all department credit card purchases Works with CA
