To oversee and supervise the Middlebridge postgraduate evening program and students and to help create a residential environment that supports the mission of Middlebridge School and the development of life-long learners.
Primary Duties:
Supervision of the postgraduate program in the evenings, including direct faculty/student support
Develop and implement individual goals for each student’s postgraduate program
Maintain written and oral communication with parents, in support of student life and independent living progress
Support residential support faculty
Assist with semester report writing process
Attend daily faculty meetings
Maintain communication with Health Center around student medications to share with faculty
Maintain communication with property managers around maintenance and off-campus housing concerns
Represent the postgraduate program and Middlebridge School in a positive manner
Assist in supporting student participation and integration into the Middlebridge community
Supervise off-campus house management
Hours:
On duty at 2:00PM and off at 10:00 PM
Work Sunday-Thursday
Overnight coverage until 9am the following morning, when a faculty member is out
Follow the PG program calendar
Residential:
Meet with and support students as appropriate regarding their residential goals and challenges
Develop and implement community service projects
Assist in the planning and implementation of student life curriculum
Travel:
Assist with driving, as required
Assist with activity planning and excursions for students
Maintain a clean driving record

Knowledge: Ideally the candidate should be knowledgeable in these areas, however, it is not necessary as training is provided in all of them.
General knowledge of Learning Disabilities.
General Knowledge of adolescent development.
Behavior management techniques.
Supervisory experience.
Education/Training/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience.
