The Summit, located in Springfield, Missouri, is a fully accredited, independent, non-profit, co-educational day school meeting the learning needs of students in Early Learners (3 years old) through High School. The Summit is characterized by its progressive, student-centered philosophy, academically challenging curriculum, personalized, “deeper learning” approach, motivated students, small class sizes, and talented, dedicated faculty.
To meet the needs of our growing enrollment, The Summit is currently fielding applicants for faculty opportunities across multiple grade levels and disciplines for the 2025/2026 academic year. Interviews will begin January 2025.
The Summit offers a regionally competitive salary in a collaborative and engaging teaching community. Initial one-year contracts available with possibility to extend.

Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Teacher certification (preferred)
Minimum 2 years+ classroom or experience in academic field (preferred)
