Notre Dame Preparatory School (NDP), a Catholic, independent, college preparatory school for girls in grades 6-12 located in Towson, Maryland, seeks a part-time teacher in our Mathematics Department for the remainder of the 2024 - 2025 school year. Position will begin approximately Jan. 27, 2025 at the start of the 3rd Quarter. This position will involve teaching sections of Upper Level Mathematics including, but not limited to: Geometry, Algebra I, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, Calculus and/or Trigonometry.

Responsibilities:
Teach up to 3 out of 8 class periods each day.
Work collaboratively with members of the Mathematics department on developing/improving curriculum.
Participate in ongoing professional development.
Participate in the school community with other duties as assigned, such as advisory.
Anticipated salary is $40,000 to $50,000 annually (based on total class load and experience).
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. Master’s degree preferred.
Maryland State Teacher Certification preferred.
Prior high school Mathematics teaching experience preferred.
A passion for teaching Mathematics to high school.
Ability to integrate technology effectively into instruction.
Ability to collaborate effectively as a member of the Mathematics department and the NDP community.
