About Midland School

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Lead & Manage day-to-day residential & student life at Midland
Oversee & support senior leaders and prefects
Serve on the administrative team & student support team
Work collaboratively to align residential life programs with our competency-based curricula
Teach 1-2 classes (or equivalent)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
Leadership experience in adolescent residential communities
Highly organized and able to effectively manage time
Enthusiasm for working with teenagers
Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
Sense of humor and friendly demeanor
Ability to pass criminal background & driving tests
Health clearance for TB screening
Additional Desired Experience
Related academic degrees and certifications
Co-curricular program design experience
Experience with restorative justice practices in schools
Experience working in a mission-focused environment with adolescents and their families
