The School Counselor will: Help to create and maintain a culture of respect, challenge, support, and care for all FlexSchool students. Provide ongoing support to students throughout the day through classroom push-in and as-needed crisis management. Maintain an open "virtual support room" for students to come to as needed throughout the day for emotional regulation and problem-solving. Provide IEP-mandated individual counseling as needed.
