St. Martin’s Episcopal School is seeking a culturally competent and responsive candidate to serve as the Systems Coordinator. The position reports to the Director of Finance and Operations and serves as a liaison between the Enrollment Management, Advancement, Communications and Business offices.
The Systems Coordinator will remain abreast of industry best practices and owns the data integrity process. The role is charged with establishing policies, procedures and long-term strategies that best support the Enrollment Management, Advancement and Communications teams’ data management.

Provide administrative support for the Enrollment Management, Advancement and Marketing/Communications departments by managing the School’s enterprise, including all Blackbaud products such as CORE, RE NXT.
Create and execute systems to streamline and automate routine tasks associated with the enrollment process.
Collaborate with Enrollment Management, Advancement, Communications, the Business Office and all applicable teams to manage data feeds and monitor the flow of data between various data systems.
Ensure data integrity and security via the daily operation and maintenance of the data in FACTS and Blackbaud.
Participate in the annual audit process.
Perform regular database clean-up and record updates for all constituencies.
Work closely with all applicable teams to update reports and reconcile records.
Assist the Enrollment Office with assigning and processing contracts.
Actively support the Enrollment team with the student enrollment and withdrawal process.
Maintain data integrity for Blackbaud as it relates to student and family enrollment
Preferred expertise in Blackbaud, Raiser’s Edge, Microsoft Office, GoogleSuite and email marketing platforms
Expert-level proficiency in creating queries, analyzing data and producing reports
Vastly familiar with conditional mail merges
Desire to plan and work collaboratively on a team is essential
Demonstrated financial and technical aptitude
Prior work within independent schools is strongly preferred

Schedule
The position is an hourly Administrative position and follows the typical school calendar. The role primarily supports the Enrollment Management, Advancement, Marketing and Business departments and involves regular interaction with several administrative divisions. Work will be performed within the 12-month calendar year and will adhere to a hybrid work model. The position will generally adhere to a regular schedule that consists of 25-30 hours per week with at least one day per week performed on-campus. The role is non-exempt and benefits eligibility will be determined by the number of actual hours worked per week.
