This position is a full-time, 10 month exempt position beginning August, 2025.
Responsibilities: The IDEAS team leader will report to the Associate Head of School and will be responsible for teaching/redesigning a variety of learning experiences as well as collaborating with other IDEAS@PDS faculty. This position will foster a curiosity and passion for all things IDEAS at the LS, MS, US levels through class visits, guest speakers, and curriculum as well as designing and facilitating IDEAS learning experiences. This leader will be responsible for growing, developing, and leading the people, place, and program that is IDEAS@PD. This individual will engage in all aspects of the life of the school (including serving as an advisor for a group of middle or upper school students).
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is required. It is preferred that the degree be in a field or fields adjacent to innovation, design, entrepreneurship, analytics, and sustainability. Candidates will also need experience in leading teams and managing change. Additionally, a growth mindset is needed to teach courses in an evolving program.
