Lower Division Math Specialist/Coach:
Berkeley Preparatory School is seeking a full-time Math Specialist/Coach for the 2025-2026 school year. The Math Specialist/Coach will work closely with teachers in grades PK-5 in the implementation of math instruction with the goals of lifting the level of instruction in each classroom and providing support to align expectations and practices across grade levels. In addition, the Math Specialist/Coach will provide support for students through small group and 1:1 math instruction. This role will also lead and support ongoing curricular development. Qualified candidates will possess a Master’s degree in a related field and experience and/or training in Singapore Math and related approaches. A good sense of humor, a positive outlook, and an appreciation of the unique qualities of the age group are essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
The appointment is available August 2025 and is a full-time, salary, exempt position and eligible for full benefits. The compensation package will be very competitive nationally and commensurate with experience, certification attainment, and the national independent school and college markets.
