What You'll Do
Lead with Purpose: Develop and implement crisis management plans that ensure the safety and security of everyone on campus.
Coordinate with Excellence: Manage and execute all school safety drills, and work closely with administrators, staff, and local authorities to keep everything running smoothly.
Be the Community’s Safety Expert: Serve as the go-to person for security concerns, whether it’s responding to alarms, handling safety requests from parents, or monitoring daily campus activities.
Keep Us Secure: From managing carpool safety to monitoring the school’s security systems and investigating incidents, your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
Plan Ahead: Ensure security coverage for school events and maintain up-to-date logs of safety protocols, inspections, and key management.
Experience and Expertise: A strong background in law enforcement, security, or safety management, with knowledge of the latest security practices and technologies.
Leadership and Communication Skills: You’re an excellent communicator who can work with everyone from school leadership to parents and students, ensuring that security is a collaborative effort.
Problem-Solving Ability: You’re quick to recognize issues, propose solutions, and take decisive action to resolve them.
Physical and Mental Agility: You’re ready for a role that requires both stamina and focus, including walking the campus, responding to alarms, and ensuring our school grounds are safe no matter the weather.
