The Canterbury School of Florida is seeking a Full-Time Business Office Associate early calendar year 2025.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Processing Florida School Choice Scholarship Program enrollments and receivables and maintaining program records
• Performing General Ledger journal entries
• Coordinating with Enrollment Office and Financial Aid Committee
• Cross-training with other business office personnel
• Communicating with Canterbury families and scholarship funding organizations regarding the Florida School Choice Scholarship Program

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
• OR 3-5 years of related experience
• OR a relevant combination of experience and college coursework
• Strong proficiency in Excel

Desired Additional Qualifications/Experience:

• Familiarity with the Florida School Choice Scholarship Program process
• Axiom/Veracross Experience
• Accounting Experience
