The primary teaching responsibilities of the Full-Time Pre-Kindergarten Teacher include delivery of the Harding Academy Pre-Kindergarten academic and social-emotional curriculum.

This is a full-time position beginning no earlier than August 1, 2025.* The position offers applicable full-time benefits which may include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance.
* The position may require some limited pre-work during the summer with our Director of Teaching & Learning and/or Director of Pre-Kindergarten.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or in Early Childhood Development
Current or transferable teacher certification in the State of Tennessee
Ability to clear a background and fingerprint screening
Preference: Master’s degree and/or at least two-year's experience in an instructional role
