The Summit Preparatory School of Southwest Missouri is seeking a professional in the following area:
Receptionist (Part-Time)
The Summit, located in Springfield, MO, is a fully accredited, independent, non-profit, co-educational day school meeting the learning needs of 180+ students, Early Learners through High School. It is characterized by its progressive, student-centered philosophy, academically challenging curriculum, personalized, “deeper learning” approach, motivated students, small class sizes, close-knit community of parents, and talented, dedicated faculty and staff.
The Receptionist serves as the main point of contact for the day-to-day operations of the school. This customer service-oriented professional works closely with the administrative team and faculty to provide frontline support and facilitate communication with parents, students, prospective families, and staff.
The Summit is seeking a part-time Receptionist (approximately 28 hours per week, M-Th 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, F 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm). The pay rate is $14 to $14.75/hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in an office setting (nonprofit sector or education preferred)
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (required)
Experience with Facts Student Information System (preferred, but not required)
