Friends Community School seeks a Director of Advancement to begin on July 1, 2025. The school has retained Big Back Pack to execute a national search for this key position. The Position
The Director of Advancement is an integral part of the senior administrative team and is responsible for managing the fundraising of the school. This role reports directly to the Head of School and works closely with the senior administrative team and the Board of Trustees. The Director of Advancement supervises a small staff and leads the development program as it builds a strong culture of philanthropy throughout the school and community.
