Notre Dame Preparatory, a Catholic, independent, college preparatory school for girls for grades 6-12 located in Towson, Maryland is seeking candidates for a teaching position in Middle School Mathematics, for the 2025 - 2026 school year.  Teaching responsibilities may include teaching 6^th grade math, pre-algebra, algebra I and geometry.  

Responsibilities: 

• Teach 5 out of 8 class periods each day. 
• Work collaboratively with members of the Math department on developing/improving curriculum. 
• Participate in ongoing professional development. 
• Participate in the school community with other duties as assigned, such as advisory. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics
• Master’s degree preferred
• Maryland State Teacher Certification preferred
• Successful classroom experience with middle school students
• Knowledge of instructional technology
