Purpose Fryeburg Academy, a 700 student day and boarding high school in Western Maine and the Mount Washington Valley, seeks individuals to join our team as substitute teachers. Our substitute teachers work on an as needed, part-time basis to provide coverage during teacher absences. Whenever possible, our substitute coordinator will offer work opportunities to our substitutes in advance, however there will be occasions when we are seeking last minute coverage and will reach out in the early morning or evening hours.
