The Coordinator of Advancement Operations reports to the Sr. Associate Director of Advancement Services and maintains electronic data for fundraising and constituent relation activities and provides administrative support for Advancement Office initiatives. The position is responsible for gift entry and acknowledgements, coordination with business services to ensure proper tracking of gifts, routine data updates in constituent records, standard reports, and assistance with mailings, donor stewardship and event-,related tasks. This position requires a detail- oriented individual with strong data management, data entry, and computer skills as well as the ability to make sound judgments and manage multiple priorities.

The Coordinator of Advancement Services responsibilities include the following:
Process all gifts, acknowledgements, and receipts in a timely manner and maintain required paper and/or electronic documentation in accordance to the standards set by business services and the advancement department.
Managing online gifts and the matching gift program, including submission of required documents to companies and online verification of gifts.
Maintenance of the school's fundraising database, ensuring all constituent records have the most accurate and up to date information possible while conducting routine research to acquire missing contact information such as address, phone number and business information.
Produce gift reports, constituent lists, and other routine reports and dashboards as requested by Advancement staff while maintaining codes and tracking systems within Raiser's Edge to ensure consistency in reporting.
Administrative support for the Advancement office as needed, including but not limited to aiding with mailings, donor stewardship, major gift officer and prospect research support, and event-related tasks.
Expertise with using relational and/or development database software, Raiser’s Edge experience preferred.
