Good Shepherd Episcopal School seeks a collaborative individual to teach, enrich, and reinforce curriculum while caring for the whole child.
We view our faculty and staff as the lifeblood of the school. As such, we honor our faculty's professionalism and expertise, support teachers in their growth and development, as teachers support students' growth, and nurture joy and gratitude in our community. Protected time is provided for the team to develop curriculum and hone pedagogy through biannual, facilitated curriculum retreats and in-service days. Our school invites innovation in both the classroom and the broader community. Our Parents Organization has one of their specific goals to celebrate our faculty and staff, including birthday gifts, trimester treats, classroom grants, several appreciation lunches, beginning of the year gatherings, and more.
