Head Track Coach 

St. Anselm’s Abbey School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Head Track & Field Coach for a Boys’ Middle School team and Assistant for the High School Track Team. The coach will be responsible for leading student-athletes through training, competition, and overall skill development while fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Time commitment:

3 days a week, 3:45-5:00 pm for practice sessions plus meets.   

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and conduct practice sessions.
2. Organize and supervise all team activities, including practices, meets, and events.
3. Promote team unity, sportsmanship, and discipline within the student-athletes.
4. Provide guidance and feedback to athletes on proper technique, safety, and performance strategies.
5. Assist in organizing and supervising track & field event including home meets and travel to away meets

Pay:  a competitive stipend will be offered based on experience.

St. Anselm's Abbey School is an independent, Catholic, Benedictine school serving academically motivated young men in grades 6 through 12.
