Job Summary:
BB&N is seeking a full-time Campaign Gift Officer. The Campaign Gift Officer is a two-year position designed to help accelerate BB&N’s comprehensive campaign, with a primary focus on securing philanthropic support for the Lower School Project. This role also includes responsibilities related to The BB&N Fund, specifically engaging and soliciting Lower School parents, as well as working closely with volunteers to strengthen community participation.
Skills and Competencies:
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of annual giving experience, preferably at an independent school or in higher education, and possess excellent managerial, administrative, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong computer skills and database experience are required. A Bachelor's degree is required.
In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
