Professional Children’s School, founded in 1914, provides a rigorous college-preparatory program with flexibility and adaptability for professional and pre-professional students. We serve Middle and Upper School students who come from multiple states and numerous countries, whose interests include dance, music, acting, modeling, athletics, art, and entrepreneurship. Our students are serious about their academic studies while they pursue their professions outside of school. PCS is a “bring your own device” school and we utilize technology, including the learning management system Canvas, to support our students, particularly when their professions make it impossible to attend class.
Professional Children’s School is a community committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging for our students, faculty, professional staff, and all those who visit our school as guests. We adhere to these principles in our hiring and employment practices, and seek to welcome community members who mirror the diversity of our student body, and are committed to affirming this environment for all.
