The Stanley Clark School seeks an experienced, reflective, and highly-collaborative Middle School Mathematics teacher for the 2025-2026 school year who is motivated to teach Grade 5 and Grade 6. Continually assess students’ learning in order to tailor instruction to student needs. ? Willingness to work in a context of flexible groupings where students are shared by enrichment and intervention teachers. ? Communicate regularly with families and colleagues in a way that demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the math department and in the grade-level cohort to foster interdisciplinary learning experiences and support students across all pillars of our mission. ? Serve on and contribute positively to designated committees and curriculum departments. ? Serve as a Middle School Advisor ? Willingness to coach a middle school sport or facilitate an extra-curricular team/or group. ? Exhibit a spirit of professionalism with all school community members. ? Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Qualified candidates will possess at least 3-5 years of teaching experience in a Lower School, Middle School or High School classroom and a Bachelor’s degree. Candidates should be motivated to stay informed about best practices in math instruction.
