CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Works closely with the Director of Enrollment Management and Admission Coordinator for 5th through 12th Grade to help attract and retain mission aligned students and families.

• Support all aspects of the Middle and Upper School Admissions process.

• Interview applicants and their families across the two divisions

• Help maintain the admissions databases-currently using Ravenna and Veracross

• Participate in and help plan all admissions and enrollment events, occasional evenings and weekends

• Outreach to feeder schools and programs to attract prospective families

• Assist with re-enrollment and yield efforts

• Experience with financial aid helpful

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred

• Prior experience in Admissions required and financial aid experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A sense of humor, flexibility, and a growth mindset

• A self-starter and highly organized

• Commitment to high quality work, productivity, and attention to detail

• Excellent judgment, professionalism, and discretion

• Proficiency with Ravenna, Veracross, Excel, Google Workspace, Zoom and/or comparable software and platforms; experience with marketing and social media a plus
