Griffin School is seeking an experienced and engaging high school math teacher. This is a full-time position with an emphasis on teaching AP Calculus.
Candidates should be committed, passionate, creative, and compassionate people who have a demonstrated expertise in their subject matter and working effectively with high school students in a classroom setting. Requirements:
BA or BS in Math or Math Education
At least two years experience as the lead teacher of AP Calculus AB and/or BC
Demonstrated success in motivating students and supporting their academic growth
Passion for helping student grow as people and supporting their social and emotional development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
