As our Speech and Language Pathologist, you will:
- Work directly with students in grades 6-12 to address their unique speech, language, and communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that support student growth.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapy and intervention that aligns with each student’s goals.
- Contribute to a school culture prioritizing inclusivity, resilience, and creative problem-solving.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current California state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP preferred).
- Experience working with students with learning differences, including language-based learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- A passion for fostering confidence and communication skills in students.
